What You Will Do

• - Participate in the tendering process and pre-sales meetings to understand client problems and needs.
• - Contribute to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) flow and project planning for system implementation.
• - Analyze the design of technical systems and business models.
• - Prepare requirement specifications in collaboration with system architects to ensure proper project/system implementation and integration.
• - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide training, and offer system support to end users.

What You Will Need

• - Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels and departments.
• - 2-3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, Pre-Sales, or Level 2 IT Support role.
• - At least 1 year of engineering experience in C# / .NET.
• - Proficiency in SQL scripting.
• - Candidates with less than 2 years experience can be considered for a junior BA role as long as they have a degree in computer science and 1 year + experience
• About the Company & Team - Office-based role in Penang (Second Bridge / Airport area); working from the office is required.
