Employment Type: Full-time / Long-term Contract

• Responsibilities - Develop innovative product concepts, sketches, and design proposals for maternal and baby products.
• - Create 3D CAD models, prototypes, and high-quality product renderings.
• - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, CMF Designers, and Manufacturing teams throughout the product development process.
• - Translate consumer insights and market trends into commercially successful product designs.
• - Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and design validation activities.
• - Participate in design reviews and provide creative solutions to product challenges.
• - Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility, quality, and cost optimization.
• - Stay informed about trends in consumer products, baby products, home appliances, and lifestyle design.

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• - Industrial Design experience.
• - Strong portfolio demonstrating the complete design process from concept through production.
• - Experience designing consumer products, baby products, home products, small appliances, or related categories.
• - Proficiency in CAD and visualization tools such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, or equivalent.
• - Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, tooling, and product development.
• - Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment.
• - Excellent communication skills in English.
