We

are looking for an experienced

IAM

Governance

• Consultant to provide specialist consulting services.
• The consultant will play a key role in analyzing existing governance frameworks, assessing project outcomes, and driving continuous improvements across multiple
• User
• Access
• Management (UAM) initiatives.

Working

independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams, you will evaluate governance processes, challenge assumptions constructively, facilitate decision-making, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable governance guidelines.

Review

Governance

guidelines, standards, and documentation.

Lead

stakeholder workshops, governance forums, and recurring meetings to drive alignment and decision-making across multiple initiatives.

Monitor

progress, report on key governance activities, and present process updates, recommendations, and outcomes to senior management.

Excellent

stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.

Very

good written and spoken

English.

Experience

defining and implementing enterprise-wide

IAM

Governance

standards and frameworks.

Experience

delivering across multiple

IAM or UAM transformation projects simultaneously.

Familiarity

with regulatory, audit, or compliance requirements related to identity and access governance.

Relevant

certifications in Business

Analysis, IAM, Security, or Governance disciplines.
