Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) is an EduTrust registered Private Education Institution offering a variety of courses. We invite qualified and experienced individuals for the following position:
Human Resources Executive (Salary range: SGD 2500 - 3500)
- The candidate will report to the Human Resources Manager.
- Job Descriptions:
- Provide HR generalist support to group of companies (total around 80 staff)
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Handle administrative tasks for interview, onboarding, and offboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records in Infotech HRMS, personnel files, and other relevant records
- Monitor and process work pass application, renewal, cancellations.
- Process payroll, CPF, IR8A, Tax Clearance IR21 submissions and other compensation matters
- Work closely with the Finance team for processing payroll for Singapore and overseas employees.
- Coordinate and assist in employee engagement events to foster a positive work environment.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferred.
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act.
- Meticulous and good team player.
- Strong communication, organisational, time management skills.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is preferred in order to communicate effectively with stakeholders, but not necessary.
- Proficient in Infotech HRMS would be an advantage.
