- Join our team and play a key role in shaping and maintaining our global Workday organizational structure.
- Functional Accountabilities:
- - Manage and maintain Workday Supervisory Organizations globally, including:
- a) Creating, modifying, splitting, and assigning superior organizations.
- b) Maintaining organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.
- - Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure Workday organizational design aligns with business structures.
- - Provide guidance and support on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives - Support Workday security role assignments and inheritance within supervisory organizations.
- - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve organizational structure and data-related issues.
- - Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and governance of Workday Supervisory Organization management.
