We are hiring an HR / Talent Acquisition professional to set up and run the people function. This is a fully remote role with end-to-end ownership of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes and hiring for a growing team.

Requirements

• Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain HR policies suited to a small, remote team.
• - Set up onboarding and off-boarding SOPs so that every new joiner and every leaver has a smooth, consistent experience.
• - Source amazing talent: own candidate sourcing across channels, build talent pipelines and drive hiring end to end.
• - Coordinate interviews and selection with the founders and team leads.
• - Keep employee records, documentation and HR processes organised.
• What We Are Looking For - Hands-on exposure to HR operations and hiring.
• - Strong written and spoken English.
• - High ownership: able to run the HR function independently in a remote setup.
• - Organised, process-driven and good with people.
