About the role
- We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to support the continued growth of our Thailand business. This is a broad HR generalist role covering recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, employee engagement and people projects.
- Working closely with the HR Manager, business leaders and regional HR team, you will play an important role in building strong HR foundations while creating a positive employee experience in a fast-growing and regulated FinTech environment.
- We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful and comfortable getting things done — whether that means supporting a recruitment process, resolving an employee matter, coordinating payroll information, organising a town hall, or improving an HR process.

- Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Workforce Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and the HR Manager to understand hiring needs and support the development of local talent pipelines.
- Coordinate offer preparation, pre-employment documentation and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate and new-joiner experience.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on HR policies, workplace matters and employee concerns.
- Support the HR Manager in employee relations matters, including performance issues, investigations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, contract changes and offboarding.
- Support payroll, benefits, leave, attendance and other recurring HR administration, ensuring information is accurate and submitted on time.
- Support HR operations in compliance with Thai labour laws, company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Coordinate employee engagement programmers, town halls, cultural activities and recognition initiatives.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys and day-to-day interactions and help translate insights into practical HR actions
- Work with the HR Manager and regional HR team to localize company culture and people initiatives for Thailand
- HR Projects & Regional Collaboration
- Support HR projects related to organisational growth, performance management, employee experience and HR process improvement
- Prepare HR reports, workforce data and people-related insights for management review.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, templates and ways of working.
- Collaborate with regional and Group HR teams on cross-market HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to both HR operations and employee engagement.
- Hands-on experience in employee relations and employee engagement is highly preferred.
- Experience organising town halls, employee surveys, cultural events, employee activities, or internal communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate with employees at different levels of the organisation.
- Comfortable handling employee matters with maturity, empathy, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proactive, creative, and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing FinTech/start-up environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
- Experience in a multinational, technology, financial services, or FinTech environment is a plus.
