HR & Accounts Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on HR & Accounts Executive to support our daily HR, finance, and office operations. This position is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple functions in a fast-paced professional services environment.
What You Will Do
- - Support HR administration, including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, attendance, and leave administration.
- - Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- - Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, commissions, incentives, expense claims, and reimbursements.
- - Assist with basic finance tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and document filing.
- - Support month-end closing activities and liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and service providers as required.
- - Coordinate general office administration, including managing supplies, courier/mail arrangements, equipment, facilities matters, and new hire IT setup.
- - Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams, candidates, recruitment partners, and regional stakeholders.
Requirements
- - Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- - 1–3 years of experience in HR, accounts, finance, administration, or office operations.
- - Experience in an SME, professional services, or recruitment agency environment is advantageous.
- - Basic knowledge of Singapore employment and statutory requirements, including MOM, CPF, and IRAS.
- - Basic accounting knowledge, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, expense processing, and financial document control.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with HR or accounting systems is a plus.
- - Able to read, write, and speak Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts and stakeholders across regions.
- - Organised, meticulous, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- - Hands-on, proactive, reliable, and willing to learn across HR, finance, and business operations.
