HR & Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on HR & Accounts Executive to support our daily HR, finance, and office operations. This position is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple functions in a fast-paced professional services environment.

What You Will Do

  • - Support HR administration, including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, attendance, and leave administration.
  • - Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • - Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, commissions, incentives, expense claims, and reimbursements.
  • - Assist with basic finance tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and document filing.
  • - Support month-end closing activities and liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and service providers as required.
  • - Coordinate general office administration, including managing supplies, courier/mail arrangements, equipment, facilities matters, and new hire IT setup.
  • - Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams, candidates, recruitment partners, and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • - Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • - 1–3 years of experience in HR, accounts, finance, administration, or office operations.
  • - Experience in an SME, professional services, or recruitment agency environment is advantageous.
  • - Basic knowledge of Singapore employment and statutory requirements, including MOM, CPF, and IRAS.
  • - Basic accounting knowledge, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, expense processing, and financial document control.
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with HR or accounting systems is a plus.
  • - Able to read, write, and speak Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts and stakeholders across regions.
  • - Organised, meticulous, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • - Hands-on, proactive, reliable, and willing to learn across HR, finance, and business operations.
