Role Positioning (Please Read Carefully)

This is not a generic training role. You are expected to deliver impactful training and translate business challenges into actionable behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Training Delivery (Core): Deliver workshops for frontline and managers on service excellence, VIC clienteling, sales and leadership.
• 2. Business Translation: Translate business issues into behavioral standards and training solutions linked to KPIs.
• 3. Content Adaptation: Customize CXG frameworks and localize for APAC.
• 4. Light Consulting Support: Support workshops and provide structured feedback.

Requirements

• Mandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable)
• Luxury / Premium Brand Experience: Must have hands-on experience (retail, clienteling, L&D).
• Training Experience: Experience training frontline and managers with strong facilitation skills.
• Business Understanding: Ability to connect training with business outcomes.

Preferred Profile

Store manager / L&D / consulting experience preferred.

Extensive experience in the automotive industry highly preferred.

Language: Japanese & English delivery

What We Do NOT Look For Generic trainers without retail experience or purely theoretical profiles.
