  • Job responsibilities:
  • - Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • - Perform data entry and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • - Support the finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • - Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
  • - Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • - Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including verifying and processing payments.
  • - Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
  • - Support the finance team during audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • - Monitor and maintain proper filing systems for financial documents and records.
  • - Perform other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
  • Job requirements:
  • - Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • - At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
  • - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • - Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • - Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and tax requirements is an advantage.
  • - Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
