Facilities Operations Manager

Salary range: SGD4500-5300

• Responsibilities:
• - Oversee and manage daily operations of the institute.
• - Ensure the operations and reliability of the Institute’s facilities and general infrastructure systems.
• - Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards.
• - Manage and optimize resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• - Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide updates to Management.
• - Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
• - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
• - Oversee and review safety procedures and measures.
• - Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
• - Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Requirements:
• - Minimum Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
• - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• - Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• - Familiarity with Singapore's business environment and regulations.
