Electrical Engineer/Project Manager

• Salary Range: $4500-$6000
• About the Role:
• - Manage and oversee electrical works for building construction and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects from planning to completion.
• - Supervise and manage workers, foremen, site supervisors, and engineers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Key Responsibilities:
• - Coordinate daily site activities, including manpower deployment, work schedules, and material requirements.
• - Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.
• - Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other M&E subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
• - Review electrical drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation.
• - Manage project schedules, budgets, costing, variations, and progress claims.
• - Provide technical guidance to engineers and site teams on electrical installation and troubleshooting.
• - Attend site meetings and report project progress, issues, and solutions to management.
• - Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, Singapore regulations, and safety requirements.
• About You:
• - Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical works, preferably with an M&E subcontractor.
• - Experience in building construction and A&A projects in Singapore.
• - Able to manage workers, foremen, site supervisors, and engineers.
• - Strong knowledge of electrical installation, site coordination, and project management.
• - Able to manage manpower, project schedules, costs, and multiple site activities independently.
• - Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
