As a Devops, you will architect and maintain scalable cloud infrastructures, focusing on Kubernetes as the core orchestration platform. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with development, security, and operations teams to streamline continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring rapid yet reliable software releases. You will monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, enforce best practices for cluster health, and drive automation through IaC tools, all while upholding compliance and regulatory standards. Your role will be pivotal in delivering resilient, high‑availability services that support our growth ambitions and technological innovation.

Requirements

• 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• • Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Jenkins, integrating with Kubernetes manifests.
• • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration via IaC frameworks like Terraform or Pulumi.
• • Monitor cluster health, resource utilization, and application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and secure network policies for all workloads.
• • Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for both cluster and application workloads.
• • Collaborate with developers to adopt GitOps practices and container security scanning.
• • Implement role‑based access controls, secrets management, and compliance automation.
• • Troubleshoot production incidents, root cause analysis, and post‑mortem documentation.
• • Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through documentation and training sessions.
• 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 • 5+ years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on Kubernetes.
• • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native services.
• • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline design.
• • Solid knowledge of container security best practices and tools like Kube-bench and Aqua.
• • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of incident resolution.
• • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• • Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK).
• • Experience with GitOps and Helm package management.
• • Ability to adapt to fast‑moving environments and continuously improve processes.
