What you will do: Direct complex site execution and commissioning for hyperscale data centers.
-Drive rigorous IST, SAT, and FAT testing for advanced infrastructure.
-Manage high-level relationships between elite US clients and site teams.
-Unblock critical site path issues while controlling quality and delivery.
Experience you need:
-Background with top-tier international PMCs or tier-1 main contractors.
-Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
-Proven mastery in complex MEP integration, site controls, or IST.
Nice to have / Bonus:
-Cross-sector experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced industrial facilities.
-Track record leading hyperscale data center or greenfield mega-projects.
-Interface directly with global clients in spoken English (The PM will assist with paperwork)
About you:
-Project experience with Data Centres or Mission-critical facilities or Semiconductor manufacturing or Pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities -Ambitious Construction Manager, Commissioning Lead, or Senior Project Lead.
-Thrive in high-stakes environments managing massive greenfield digital assets.
-Assertive leader skilled at keeping global stakeholders aligned on-site.
