BIM Modeller Intern

BIM Modeller Intern (3/6/12 months)

• Main Responsibilities:
• - Assist in preparing and developing 3D BIM models for plumbing systems using Revit.
• - Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• - Update and modify BIM models based on project requirements.
• - Ensure drawings follow project standards and BIM guidelines.
• - Assist in coordination with consultants and other trades to resolve drawing issues.
• - Support submission drawings and documentation.
• Site Coordination (Secondary Scope):
• - Assist site team in basic coordination when required.
• - Support in checking drawing discrepancies and updating models accordingly.
• - Participate in site visits for understanding project conditions.
• Requirements:
• - Must be able to use Revit (basic to intermediate level).
• - Able to produce BIM drawings / 3D modelling work.
• - Diploma or Degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• - Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• - Willing to learn and able to work independently with guidance.
• - Good attitude and attention to detail.
