BIM Coordinator

• Benefits:
• - 0-20% Monthly Performance Related Pay - 2% Monthly Medical Allowance - Yearly Salary Increment
• Key Responsibilities:
• BIM Modelling:
• - Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing and MEP systems using Revit.
• - Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• - Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• - Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other trades to resolve clashes and drawing issues.
• - Support drawing submissions and project documentation.
• Engineering & Coordination Support:
• - Assist in project coordination and drawing reviews.
• - Support site teams in resolving drawing discrepancies when required.
• - Attend coordination meetings and site visits when necessary.
• Requirements:
• - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• - Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software.
• - Experience or exposure to BIM modelling for MEP services.
• - Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
• - Good communication and coordination skills.
• - Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• - Experience in plumbing-related BIM modelling.
• - Familiarity with Singapore construction projects and BIM workflows.
• - Experience with HDB projects will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
