Description

• Are you a premium or luxury brand shopper or fan? If the answer is yes, then we are looking for you!
• We are looking for Customer Experience Evaluators (CXEs) based in Canberra, Australia who are keen on sharing their opinion about their experience in a luxury store. As a CXE, you will conduct discreet evaluations of your favourite luxury brands in markets such as beauty, fashion, jewellery, watches or automobiles and give us your feedback.

Requirements

• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
