- - Minimum 5 to 10 years of architectural management experience in civil construction.
- - Ability to work independently with strong site coordination and communication skills.
- - MIEM qualification or registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) status is preferred.

- - Experienced in managing sub-contractors and technical consultants on active developments.
