  • Experience you need:
  • - A recognized Degree or Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent field.
  • - Minimum 5 to 10 years of architectural management experience in civil construction.
  • - Ability to work independently with strong site coordination and communication skills.
  • - MIEM qualification or registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) status is preferred.

  • - Experienced in managing sub-contractors and technical consultants on active developments.
  • - Focused on quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and construction design verification.
