ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking

• Senior Consultants to support and drive the growth of our Data and AI practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.
• This project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank as an AI Governance and Risk lead.
• You will support the translation of global AI regualtions into practical policies, controls, and governance frameworks
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the implementation of a globally consistent approach to AI-related regulatory change and Responsible AI governance
• Monitor evolving
• AI regulations and translate requirements into practical governance processes and controls.

Develop and maintain

AI governance frameworks, policies and procedures to support the safe and responsible use of AI.

Coordinate

AI-related regulatory engagements across businesses, functions and markets.

Partner with senior stakeholders across

• Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology and Business to oversee AI use cases and regulatory compliance.
• Provide senior management with regular reporting on regulatory developments, key risks, deliverables and governance metrics
• SKILLS & EXPERTISE
• At least 5 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting delivering impactive Ai transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk or regulatory change within financial services.
• Deep understanding of AI regulations, regulatory expectations and Responsible AI practices
• Experience developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and controls within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance, preferably within a global bank or financial institution.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple functions and jurisdictions.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience

• leading teams and complex regulatory or governance initiatives
