Job Description
Financial Reporting • Support the preparation of monthly closing and statutory reports.
• Assist in quarterly Bank Negara Malaysia reporting.
Governance & Compliance
- • Support statutory, audit, company secretarial, and tax requirements.
- • Prepare funding documents, share subscription notices, and related resolutions.
- • Submit e-invoices and handle related matters.
- • Support the preparation of Know Your Client (KYC), ultimate beneficial owner (UBO), and other compliance documents.
- • Assist in strengthening financial processes and reporting systems.
Other Ad Hoc Assignments
• Support ad hoc requests, including legal, treasury, and other matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- • Candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- • Exposure to multi-entity or regional operations is an advantage.
- • Willing to work at Bangsar South, KL or USJ 1 Subang Jaya.
