Position: Accounts Executive

  • Reporting Line:
  • - Reports directly to the Finance Manager.
  • Role Overview:
  • - The Accounts Executive plays a key role in managing and processing finance matters related to tuition billing, payments, installment plans, and overseeing the collection of unpaid fee balances.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable:
  • - Perform the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions, including daily operations and month-end closing.
  • - Reconcile Nets/China Union Pay, PayNow, Fund Transfer, and Ali Pay with collection reports.
  • - Deposit cash and prepare bank reconciliations.
  • - Update the student database.
  • Accounts Payable:
  • - Perform the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions, including daily operations and month-end closing.
  • - Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash, agent commissions, and staff claims.
  • - Prepare purchase requisitions for respective suppliers.
  • General Ledgers and Other Duties:
  • - Handle any other ad hoc assignments as required.
  • - Prepare accounting schedules.
  • - Provide support for internal and external audits as needed.
  • - Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:
  • - Minimum LCCI (Intermediate/Higher), preferably Diploma and above in accounting.
  • - At least 2 years of relevant working experience; audit experience is highly preferred.
  • - Candidates with full-set accounts experience are welcome to apply.
  • - Preferably with knowledge of Sage 300 (Accpac).
  • - Familiarity with MS Office.
  • - Must be meticulous and have a flair for figure work.
  • - Good interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
  • - Mature, independent, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
  • - Positive work attitude, willing to learn, systematic, and possesses good organizational skills.
