Accountant - Hospitality / Hotel Industry

Salary range: Rs 420000 - Rs 480000 (ie INR 4.2 - 4.8 LPA)

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week
• We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or the hospitality industry are preferred.

Requirements

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime or similar software.
• - Handle bank, cash, POS, UPI, and payment gateway reconciliations.
• - Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash.
• - Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, and payroll accounting.
• - Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
• - Support monthly closing and finalisation of accounts.
• - Coordinate with CAs, auditors, and tax consultants.
• - Ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.
• Required Skills:
• - Strong accounting fundamentals and Tally Prime knowledge.
• - Understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• - Knowledge of Excel and financial reporting.
• - Good communication and organisational skills.
• Preferred Industry:
• Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Hospitality, or Legal Services Languages: English and Hindi; Konkani is an added advantage.
