• We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual(Tagalog and Mandarin) professional to support our day-to-day operations and project execution in Philippines. This role will report directly to the Project Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• 岗位职责：
• 协助项目负责人推进本地项目执行及后续运营支持。
• 统筹内外部协调工作，确保项目进度顺利：
• 负责项目相关文件整理、会议安排及进度跟踪。
• 协助解决项目推进中的本地化问题，确保合规性与高效执行。

Key Responsibilities：

• Assist the Project Lead in executing local projects and providing operational support.
• Coordinate cross-functional and external collaborations to ensure project timelines are met.
• Organize project-related documentation, schedule meetings, and track progress.
• Support localization efforts and troubleshoot operational challenges to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• 流利的他加禄语（Tagalog）和中文（普通话），能熟练进行书面及口头沟通。
• 具备积极、主动的工作态度，适应快节奏多任务环境。
