• Support systems, not just manage processes, ensuring APJ training operations scale with clarity, control, and commercial rigour.
• What we look for:
• · 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Enablement Operations, or Professional Services Operations within high-growth technology companies.
• · Proven experience owning regional operating cadence, forecasting frameworks, and large-scale execution models.
• · Strong commercial fluency, including understanding of utilization, forecast variance, and revenue discipline.
• · Experience implementing automation, analytics, or AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and predictability.
• · Analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into executive-level insight and actionable recommendations.
• · Experience operating in matrixed, international environments with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.
