Technical Architect

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly experienced
• Principal Solution Architect to lead enterprise transformation initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role combines architecture leadership, delivery oversight, stakeholder management, and solution consulting to ensure successful business outcomes.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, Azure Cloud, event-driven architectures, and large-scale application modernization, while also demonstrating exceptional communication, client engagement, and leadership capabilities.
• This individual will play a critical role in shaping solution strategy, presenting technology roadmaps to customers, influencing decision-making, and guiding engineering teams through successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Solution Leadership
• Partner with clients and business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology solutions.
• Lead architecture and solution workshops, executive presentations, and technical discovery sessions.
• Articulate solution value propositions and technology strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support sales, proposal development, and pre-sales activities by providing architectural guidance and solution recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Architecture & Modernization

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications and digital transformation programs.
• Drive modernization initiatives involving cloud migration, application re-platforming, and microservices adoption.
• Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Design event-driven systems using Apache Kafka and modern integration patterns.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Delivery & Program Governance

• Provide technical leadership across multiple programs and workstreams.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering Leads to ensure successful delivery.
• Review solution quality, scalability, performance, security, and operational readiness.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and architecture governance.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and DevSecOps standards.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineering teams.
• Foster innovation and engineering excellence across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies where appropriate.
• Build strong relationships across client, business, and engineering teams.
