About the Role — Software Engineer / Member of Technical Staff
- As a Full-stack Engineer at The Company, you will be responsible for building end-to-end product features across the frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure, and data systems. This role is ideal for candidates seeking ownership, speed, and direct impact on a rapidly scaling crypto platform.
- You will work with:
- - TypeScript - Rust APIs - WebSockets - Next.js + Zustand - Tailwind CSS - Postgres, Vector DB (VDB), Redis - Hosted on DigitalOcean, with potential migration to bare metal
- Responsibilities - Own and ship full-stack features from idea to implementation to production - Build performant TypeScript and Rust components and APIs - Work with real-time data systems using WebSockets - Build and maintain Next.js frontends with Zustand state management - Design and optimize storage layers using Postgres, Redis, and vector databases - Contribute to high-performance infrastructure for trading workloads - Move fast, solve problems at speed, and maintain high product quality
- Requirements - Strong full-stack engineering skills - Ability to build features end-to-end - Proficiency in TypeScript - Solid coding fundamentals - Strong problem-solving skills and product intuition - Ability to implement performant logic quickly - Open to candidates at any experience level, including new graduates
