Remuneration Package: Up to $3,300 + Fixed Allowances of $1,100

Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided at designated points)

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, rotating between AM and PM

• Responsibilities:
• - Lead and oversee a team of Production Technicians to ensure safe and efficient production processes.
• - Support the Process Engineer in activities and projects aimed at optimizing operations and achieving cost efficiency.
• - Troubleshoot and resolve plant, equipment, and quality issues promptly, recommending effective countermeasures.
• - Monitor plant equipment to ensure reliability and integrity.
• - Support shift operations by providing optimal operating conditions for stable plant performance and high product quality.
• - Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Requirements:
• - Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• - Knowledge of process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.
• - Strong analytical and technical report writing skills.
• - Demonstrated leadership qualities, initiative, drive, and commitment.
• - Ability to handle pressure and excellent communication skills.
