Sales Representative (Construction)

• Salary Range:
• - $80,000 NZD - $100,000 NZD per year
• Job Responsibilities:
• - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• - Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• - Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and follow up on enquiries.
• - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
• - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• - Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
• - Prepare sales reports and update customer information when required.
• Requirements:
• - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.
• - Experience in sales, building materials, construction materials, interior materials, or related industries will be an advantage.
• - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• - Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• - Must have valid New Zealand work rights.
