Sales Consultant - Pest

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic

• Pest Sales Consultant to join our friendly sales team based in Newcastle. You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of our Rentokil Pest services.
• You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your territory.
• To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding commission structure, a company vehicle, a mobile phone, a tablet, and further career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands-on assistance from the Business Manager and the Sales Team.
• In this role you will be responsible for these key areas:
• Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling/ visits
• Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
• Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
• Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
• Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales
• You will have skills and experience including:

Previous sales consultant experience

• Ability to cold-call & plan for sales territory
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
• A passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewarded
• Good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Full Australian Drivers Licence
• It would be highly advantageous if you also have:

Experience within Business to Business & direct sales

• Excellent sales, solutions & negotiation skills
• Strive to reach & exceed sales
• Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
• Commercially focused
