Sales Advisor - Fixed-Term Contract - Part-Time (20h per week) - Düsseldorf

We are looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to support our team in Düsseldorf !

Date of contract : 3 december to 10 january

• Sales ● Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience ● Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets ● Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers ● Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up
• Customer Service ● Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction ● Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally
• Operations & Visual Merchandising ● Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment ● Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines ● Assist with stock management and inventory ● Follow payment and POS procedures
