- Join a PMC to head quality, QMS & audits on Johor data centre hyper scale site. 5 days on-site. Drive zero-defect delivery. Open to PMC / Main con / Tier-1 Sub cub contractor backgrounds. Priority for JB based candidates.

- What you will do:
- -Lead and mentor QA/QC engineers across all project phases.
- -Review Quality Management Systems (QMS), Project Quality Plans, and Method Statements.
- -Manage Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and non-conformance reports.
- -Conduct internal audits and internal quality competency training sessions.
- -Lead daily site assessments to ensure total standard compliance.
- -Maintain accurate quality records, NCRs, and executive reports.
- Experience you need / About You:
- -Civil Engineering degree or relevant construction qualifications required.
- -Welcoming applicants from PMCs, main contractors, or Tier-1 contractors.
- -Great education credentials considered in lieu of long experience.
- -Paperwork management, reporting skills, and site coordination are essential.
- -Obtain team buy-in for quality protocols and site standards.
- Nice to have / Bonus:
