Project Engineer / C&S Engineer / Architectural Coordinator

• Salary & Benefits:

• Working Hours:
• - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

• Job Responsibilities:
• - Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
• - Verify site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
• - Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
• - Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications.
• - Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Job Requirements:
• - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• - Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
• - Proficient in basic Autocad software.
• - Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• - Commitment to handling construction projects.
• - Good communication and written skills.
• - Skilled in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
