- Job Responsibilities:
- - Manage the implementation and go-live of ZingKey’s HR SaaS system.
- - Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and business requirements, including Payroll, Leave, Attendance, and Rostering.
- - Handle system configuration, data preparation, testing, user training, and go-live support.
- - Coordinate with clients, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- - Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback for product improvements.
- - Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation.
- Requirements:
- - Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, HR, or related fields.
- - Good communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- - Able to work independently and manage client projects effectively.
- Added Advantage:
- - Experience in HRMS / HCM / Payroll / ERP / SaaS implementation.
- - Familiarity with Singapore HR, Payroll, Leave, or Attendance processes.
