Requirements

Key Requirements:

Minimum

2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry

Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements.

Experience in handling day-to-day

• HR operations and employee matters
• Knowledge and practical experience with ERP or SAP systems
• Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related responsibilities.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with management and employees.
