Business Consultant

• Capco is looking for a Business Consultant to strengthen our project team.
• We are looking for a talented and versatile consultant with a relevant professional experience, who is eager to further develop within a dynamic consulting environment.
• You combine strong analytical and strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, quickly get up to speed on new topics and are comfortable taking ownership of your work.
• What will you do?
• Work with the project team on strategic and organisational topics.
• Analyse and structure complex information and translate it into clear insights.
• Prepare and work on high-quality analyses and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Support organisational change and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and support workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Who are we looking for?
• You are a proactive and versatile consultant who can switch easily between analyses, strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Ideally, you bring:
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within consulting, financial services, strategy, transformation or organisational change.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in Dutch and an excellent professional knowledge of English.
• Experience with Target Operating Models is a plus.
• Experience within Capital Markets is a plus.
