Account Manager - Sales & Business Development

Salary Range: $5000 to $6000

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with strong experience in IT services sales, business development, and client relationship management within Singapore’s Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services sectors. The candidate will be responsible for engaging hiring managers, identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving end-to-end sales to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, account management, or business development in Singapore.
• Strong network and proven client engagement experience within Banking, Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services.
• Experience selling IT consulting, technology staffing, contract resources, or project-based IT services.
• Proven ability to engage hiring managers, generate new requirements, win clients, and close deals independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, commercially focused, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle.
• Key Success Factor:
• A strong hunter profile with an established Singapore BFSI network, capable of generating new business and converting client relationships into revenue.
