2027 Fresh Grad Hire - Creator Operations Associate (HK Market)

• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with promising creators/KOLs, supporting their growth and content development.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing online and offline creator events to drive creator engagement and community influence.
• Support communication and collaboration with external institutions, content service providers, and other partners to facilitate content and event initiatives.
• Stay informed about content trends and creator needs, and contribute to content planning, campaign promotion, data tracking, and project reviews.
• Help document and optimize operational processes to improve creator service quality and content operations efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong interest in content communities, the KOL ecosystem, or new media operations; enjoys engaging with creators and external partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong empathy and the ability to understand others’ needs and build positive relationships.
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English, with the ability to use both languages for daily work communication.
• Basic experience or aptitude in event planning and project execution; proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-minded with solid summarization and retrospective skills; proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Experience in campus events, social media operations, community operations, content creation, or business partnerships is a plus *Open to candidates graduating between January 2026 and August 2027.
