Senior Pega Engineer

InnovationTeam is a cutting-edge technology company known for delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges. We are currently looking for a Senior Pega Engineer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pega platform and will play a key role in designing and implementing Pega applications that drive business efficiencies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Pega implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Pega applications and ensure applications function efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers on Pega standards, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of development work being carried out by the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega releases and integrate new features as appropriate.
  • Work with the QA team to ensure application quality through testing and bug resolution.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and implementation strategies for new Pega solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and practices in all Pega applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and working experience with Pega 8.x versions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega BPM and Case Management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques within Pega, including REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Solid understanding of various Pega rules, data types, and user interface components.
  • Proficiency in configuring Pega security, user roles, and access controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Pega certification (PCSA or higher) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Constellation Architecture experience is highly recommended.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus.
