Billing

Anything about a plan, a charge, or a refund. If an application failed on our side, you do not need to ask: that credit goes back to you automatically. If you think one was missed, tell us and we will look.

Privacy and your data

To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted — write to the same address and say so. We act within 30 days, usually much sooner. The privacy policy sets out what is held and who else processes it.

Security

Found something that looks like a vulnerability? Mail it to the same place, and please give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We will not send lawyers at anyone acting in good faith.

Employers

If you run a careers page and would rather Shortlist did not apply through it, write in and we will stop. Applications are submitted the ordinary way, one at a time, by candidates who approved them — but it is your front door, and your call.

Nothing on this page is a form, on purpose. A contact form on a one-person product implies a support desk behind it; a plain address is the truth about who answers.
