M&E Engineer

• Salary Range:
• - $3,500–$6,000
• Benefits:
• - 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month - 2% Medical Allowance per month - Annual Salary Increment
• Job Responsibilities:
• - Coordinate and oversee M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works for construction projects.
• - Review M&E drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• - Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• - Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• - Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical issues and rectification works.
• - Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties.
• - Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.
• - Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• - Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
• Job Requirements:
• - Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• - Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience.
• - Experience with A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects will be an advantage.
• - Relevant M&E experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.
• - Good knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination, and construction processes.
• - Good communication and coordination skills.
