Warehouse Supervisor

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (仓储主管)

Department: PMC Department

Reports to: Factory Manager (工厂长)

Direct Reports: Warehouse Keeper

  • Overview of Responsibilities:
  • - Ensure effective formulation and implementation of production and procurement plans.
  • - Manage all types of warehouses and oversee data management for material inflow and outflow.
  • - Establish identification and systematic accounting for material storage.
  • - Provide timely and accurate reports to the finance, production, and marketing departments.
  • Key Responsibilities and Work Assignments:

1. Procurement and Goods Handling

  • - Responsible for evaluating the rationality of standard packaging for purchased goods, providing reasonable feedback and requirements, and raising issues for non-compliance while promoting timely solutions.
  • - Handle exceptions related to purchased goods and facilitate prompt resolution between upstream and downstream parties.
  • - Execute various events requiring cross-departmental communication.

2. Production Material Management

- Supervise the timely and efficient distribution and recording of materials based on production demand.

- Coordinate and track the handling of various abnormal incidents in the workshop; prohibit inter-company material requisition.

3. Spare Parts and Material Preparation

- Supervise the inventory list of spare parts provided by the master plan and ensure materials are prepared in advance in the warehouse.

- Address exceptional issues during product material preparation to ensure efficient shipments.

4. Warehouse Process Optimization

  • - Optimize, improve, and manage various processes and standards of warehouse management to ensure work coordination and efficient operation.
  • - Develop and完善 the department's management system; establish work processes and operating standards, and improve document and ledger management.
  • - Develop planning schemes for warehouse areas to achieve rational layout and management.

5. Inventory and Reporting

  • - Organize monthly inventory counts of stock materials, prepare profit and loss reports, investigate reasons for discrepancies, assign responsible persons, propose handling suggestions, and report to leadership.
  • Authority:
  • - Right to refuse entry and exit of goods that are incomplete, inconsistent in quantity, or of substandard quality; right to refuse unauthorized personnel from entering the warehouse.
  • - Right to require handling personnel to place and move finished products according to designated locations; authority to suggest optimizations to superiors.
  • - Right to suggest adjustments to inventory levels based on inventory status; right to assess subordinates' work performance and propose improvement suggestions.

  • - Internal: All departments within the company.
  • - External: Not involved.
  • Appointment Qualifications:
  • - Educational Level: Associate degree or above.
  • - Profession: Warehouse management or other related majors.
  • - Work Experience: More than 5 years of warehouse work experience; trained in logistics management, warehouse management, etc.
  • - Knowledge/Skills: Proficient in using OFFICE software, experience with ERP; C1 license, safety officer certificate, or forklift certificate preferred.
  • Appraisal Indicators:
  • - Timeliness and accuracy of material receipt, delivery, and ledger management.
  • - Daily warehousing operation management capabilities.
  • - Communication, coordination, and execution abilities with superiors and subordinates.
