Software Engineer

  • **Project Details:** - The organization has three main teams: Front Office, Trading Platform, and Core Back End.
  • - This role is an additional headcount for the Front Office team, focusing on modernizing the Online Account Opening Module.
  • **Key Responsibilities:** - Refactor legacy applications, address technical debt, and apply modern design principles.
  • - Analyze business objectives, prepare action plans, and identify areas for improvement.
  • - Participate in strategic planning, decision-making, and demonstrate leadership experience (including leading a small team).
  • - Take on some leadership responsibilities under the guidance of the Development Lead.
  • - Report directly to the Development Lead from the Front Office team based in Singapore.
  • **Must-Have Skills:** - Proficiency in .NET Core.
  • - Experience with AWS.
  • **Nice to Have / Bonus Skills:** - Experience working in a financial institution.
  • - Exposure to tech refresh or digital transformation projects.
  • - Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
  • - Knowledge of microservices.
  • - Experience with API integrations.
