• - Navigate the complex legal landscape of major double-tracking railway infrastructure and energy system upgrades.
• - Shield the firm against high-exposure contractual challenges through meticulous mediation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings.
• Experience you need:
• - Proven expertise in Construction Law, including litigation, arbitration, and statutory adjudication under CIPAA 2012.
• - Minimum ten to twenty years of legal experience, focusing on infrastructure or heavy engineering.
• - Solid background in managing government-related contracts and familiarity with standard government procurement processes.
• - Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and the professional pedigree to advise high-level institutional and boards.
