We are seeking a highly skilled

• Automation Systems Specialist to implement and deploy a centralized recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. The primary objective of this project is to integrate our
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with GoHighLevel (GHL) via
• Zapier to create a high-performance, automated candidate pipeline.
• While the strategic process mapping and communication assets (messaging sequences) are complete, we require a technical expert to execute the systems architecture, ensuring smooth data flow from initial application to interview fruition.
• We estimate the total technical scope of this implementation to fall within a 30–40 hour window. This timeframe accounts for the configuration of multi-step Zaps, GoHighLevel workflows, the calibration of our AI screening tools, and a dedicated phase for rigorous end-to-end testing. Our budget for this engagement is $500 – $800 USD

Technical Objectives & Deliverables

• Engagement Engine:
• Deploy multi-channel (SMS/Email) nurturing sequences designed to increase candidate responsiveness.
• Calendar Orchestration:
• Implement a sophisticated interview scheduling ecosystem integrated with Google Calendar, featuring automated reminders and "no-show" recovery protocols.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Develop high-level dashboards to monitor pipeline throughput, conversion metrics, and recruiter efficiency.

Requirements

• ATS Proficiency:
• Substantial experience managing data exports and integrations with professional-grade Applicant Tracking Systems.
