Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure / Data Centre)

• Job Summary:
• - Site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects.
• - Focuses on cost control, measurements, and contract administration within a fast-paced site environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
• - Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress valuations.
• - Assist with interim claims, variations, and final accounts.
• - Monitor project costs, budgets, and site progress.
• - Support procurement activities and subcontractor pricing.
• - Verify site measurements and work completion.
• - Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Requirements:
• - Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• - 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in a site-based role.
• - Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.
• - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• - Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on site.
