  • Role Objective:
  • - Deliver full-lifecycle HV and substation projects from planning through to commissioning.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • - Act as the primary liaison for clients (TNB), consultants, and authorities.
  • - Oversee design reviews, technical submissions, and ensure safety compliance.
  • - Lead site meetings and manage subcontractor performance.
  • Requirements:
  • - Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • - 5–10 years of experience in HV systems (33kV to 275kV+) and TNB projects.
  • - Strong knowledge of substation design (AIS/GIS) and protection systems.
  • - Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • About You:
  • - Currently an Engineer or Senior Engineer with a proven track record in the power sector.
  • - Experience working with major main contractors or leading design consultancies.
  • - Deep expertise in managing complex projects such as HV & TNB Substations, transmission lines, or grid interconnection schemes.
  • - Decisive leader capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
  • - Technically proficient in power system studies and TNB standards.
