Project Manager (C&S)

  • - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • - Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for successful project execution.
  • - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • - Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and implement measures to address and mitigate them.
  • - Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and comply with relevant regulations.
  • - Quality Control: Oversee project work to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • - Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and clients.
  • - Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to prevent overruns.
  • - Problem-Solving: Address and resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues that may arise during the project.
  • - Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of the project and proper documentation for handover.
  • Job Requirements:
  • - Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
  • - Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
  • - 1-3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
  • - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
  • - Strong communication and writing skills.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
