Project Manager (A&A/New Build)

• Salary Range:
• - $5000-$9000 (commensurate with experience)

• Working Hours:
• - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• - Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for project execution.
• - Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication.
• - Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
• - Ensure project compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.
• - Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• - Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• - Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.
• - Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues through effective problem-solving.
• - Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation.
• Job Requirements:
• - Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
• - Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
• - 1–3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• - Strong communication and writing skills.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
