- Job Description: Product Manager – AI-Powered Recruiting Workflows
- Responsibilities:
- - Own end-to-end product development for AI-powered recruiting workflows.
- - Define product strategy to improve hiring speed and quality for global customers.
- - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams.
- - Lead product discovery and prioritize the product roadmap.
- - Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- - Define and track success metrics for product features.
- - Run experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- - Coordinate product launches and ensure successful delivery of features.
- Requirements:
- - Minimum 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or HRTech.
- - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- - Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- - Proven track record of shipping impactful products from inception (0 to 1) and scaling (1 to scale).
- - Experience with AI or Large Language Model (LLM) products is a strong plus.
