Product Designer

• Resend is growing fast, and there are now over 4 million developers using it.
• We are looking for a Product Designer with a refined taste to help evolve the Resend product. We want to work with experienced individuals who can take on any problem and solve it. Resend is a developer tool that values small details and craftsmanship.
• This role is fully remote based in Americas or European time zones, with some expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

• - Own projects end to end: work with customer support and engineering to define the problem, explore options, validate quickly, and ship improvements that move key metrics - Run lightweight, self-serve research: talk to customers, test assumptions fast, and adjust direction based on what you learn - Prototype with AI tools to iterate ideas - Bring clarity to product vision and what should be built - Remove complexity from the users' shoulders
• YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
• - Have experience as a product designer working on complex products - Have ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration - Actively use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow - Have a portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft - Define success metrics and adjust based on results - Communicate clearly and intentionally
